EndNote 如何导入ACS文献的办法

EndNote导入ACS文献的方法。ACS又一个蛋疼的不支持批量导出导入到EndNote的在线查询平台。本文介绍一下ACS导出文献并导入到EndNote的方法。

ACS导出文献

在ACS查询页面，打开需要导出的文献，进入文献摘要页面。

在弹出的对话框中，选择「RIS — For EndNote, ProCite, RefWorks, and most other reference management software」。Include有2个或者3个选项，分别是Citation for the content below, Ctitation and references for the content below and Ctitaion and abstract for the content below，如果想要摘要的话，就要选择「Ctitaion and abstract for the content below」。然后导出文献，导出的文献格式 一般为achs_cenear90_28.ris格式。

导入

1. 自动导入

一般双击导出文件如「achs_cenear90_28.ris」即可导入到EndNote。

2. 手动导入

打开EndNote，并选择一个数据库，依次选择「File」→「Import」→「File」，打开导入对话框。

• Import File：选择刚才导出的文件，如achs_cenear90_28.ris
• Import Option：选择Reference Manager (RIS)。
• Duplicates：看情况，如果想去除重复文献Discard Duplicats，也可以选择Import into Duplicats Library，把重复的文献导入到一个单独的数据库。啥也不想就选择Import All
• Text Translation：选择No Translation
